A talented speaker brings history alive to make a contemporary point
In this update we analyze excerpts from an advocacy speecha speech pitching a current events point of viewbut one that also engages its audience by making history come alive over a bridge of centuries. The speaker, Ohio Secretary of State J. Kenneth Blackwell, has a strong opinionhes a small-government, anti-tax man.
