With the midterm elections coming up in just a few more weeks, it’s only appropriate to quote a politician on the importance of communicating. In this case my source happens to be a Democrat and a woman, but what she has to say is both gender- and party-neutral; it fits all sizes and applies to all who want to speak — and lead — effectively.
