When in doubt, begin at the end. Stumped about how to start your next presentation? A surefire solution is to start by writing your speech ending. By putting your windup into words, you’re also creating a mission statement for the speech itself — what you want to communicate as your bottom line and what you want your listeners to conclude. Once you’ve done that, you have a blueprint for the rest of your speech, including the opening.
