Introducing American Speaker’s 2007 ‘PATRICK’ AWARDS Recognizing the Year’s Best — and Worst — Public Speaking Achievements
Drawing on four decades of speechwriting including White House service with three U.S. presidents and his own extensive public speaking and broadcasting experience, American Speaker Editor in Chief Aram Bakshian Jr. has selected the 10 recipients for the 2007 Patrick Awards. Named in honor of Patrick Henry, the founding father of American orators, the Patrick Awards single out the best and the worst speakers of the year with citations explaining how and why each recipient qualified for the oratorical honor ... or the rhetorical raspberry!
