Instant eloquence for Thanksgiving
Thanksgiving is a uniquely American holiday with roots in our pilgrim past. It is also universal, bound to no single faith or ethnic group. So it’s one worth celebrating and sharing in the workplace as well as at the family hearth.
The following speeches can be adapted to almost any business, club or civic group. By adding a few specific details it can be “personalized” to include a management message or expression of thanks to particular individuals or groups within the workforce or membership.
If you aren’t scheduling a speech but are giving complimentary turkeys to employees, you can easily convert these speeches into letter or card form.
However you choose to present it, it’s a simple, inexpensive way to generate goodwill and a spirit of shared values between management and staff, leadership and membership.
