Dear Fellow Speaker - You know it and I know it: Although we live in the age of e-mail, the Internet and super computers, the spoken word is still king. Just think of the way in which a single, well-delivered presidential address rallied national confidence after the tragedy of September 11, 2001. There’s no denying it: Politicians rise and fall, lawyers win or lose in court, and business, social and family relationships thrive or fail all because of what we say and how we say it.
