Advanced Search
|
The American Speaker Search Engine uses most of the standard search techniques. Some of the most common that you might be interested in using are...
Search for exact phrases using quotation marks (" ") Typing "automation" or "technology" will find items with those exact words in sequence.
Use the minus sign (-) to narrow your search If you enter automation -technology, that tells the search engine to include the word automation but not technology. Don't forget - there's no space after the sign.
Use a wildcard (*) for multiple endings
By typing an * (asterisk symbol) at the end of a word, you can search for items with multiple endings. For example: warn* would return items such as warns, warnings, etc.
